How do I enable the live mode?
By default, all Reservepay accounts start in test mode. To begin receiving actual payments, you'll need to enable the live mode by submitting required documents for approval.
Pre-requisites for Live mode activation
Before you start, please ensure you have the following:
- Verified Reservepay account: Your Reservepay account must have a verified email address.
- Ready sales channel: You need a live and operational website or mobile application that meets our requirements.
- Required documents: Have your documents ready for upload in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. The specific documents needed vary by your corporate structure.
Steps to enable the Live mode
- Log in to your Reservepay account.
- Click Complete onboarding.
- Complete the onboarding form and submit it for approval.
