What documents are required for the onboarding application?
For individuals
- Your national ID card
- Your selfie holding your national ID card (no mask, glasses, or hat; photo and details must be clearly visible without glare)
- House registration showing both your name and residential address
- The front page of your Thai bank passbook showing the account name and number to receive funds (account name must match the name on the ID card)
- Proof of products and licenses (if applicable)
All documents must be signed and marked "certified true copy."
For businesses
- Your company registration certificate (issued within 6 months)
- The authorized signatories' national ID cards (Thais) or passports (foreigners)
- The authorized signatories' specimen signatures
- Power of attorney (if applicable)
- Shareholder list (BOJ. 5)
- For shareholders who hold more than 25% of the company's shares
- Thais: National ID cards
- Foreigners: Passports
- For shareholders who hold more than 25% of the company's shares
- VAT certificate (optional)
- The front page of your company's bank passbook showing the account name and number to receive funds (account name must match the company name)
- Proof of products and licenses (if applicable)
All documents must be signed and marked "certified true copy" with company seal affixed. E-signatures are not accepted.
