How can I close my account and what happens to my remaining balance?

You can request account closure anytime via Account > Account Information > Delete Account.

To successfully close your account, your wallet balance must be 0.00 THB.


You have 3 options for handling remaining funds:

1. Spend it all: Use up your balance by scanning Thai QR codes before leaving.

2. Redeem to Digital Assets: Submit a redemption request via our partner platform to transfer your THB balance back as digital assets.

3. Keep for future visits: Leave the funds in your wallet for your next trip to Thailand (subject to monthly maintenance fees after 3 months of inactivity).
