How do I top up funds or redeem my remaining balance?

Funding and withdrawals are managed through our authorized digital asset conversion services:

  • To Top Up: Initiate a conversion request via our official communication channels from our partner. Send your digital assets (USDT) based on the provided exchange quote. Once verified, the converted Thai Baht will be credited directly to your Reservepay Travel Wallet in real-time.
  • To Withdraw / Redeem: Submit a redemption request via our partner official communication channels. Your available Thai Baht balance will be debited from your wallet, and equivalent digital assets will be transferred back to your designated crypto wallet.

Note: Direct cash deposits/withdrawals and traditional bank account transfers are not supported.
