Not receiving email sent from Reservepay?
If you're expecting an email from Reservepay but haven't received it, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check your email address
- Go to the User settings page on your Reservepay dashboard.
- Confirm that your email address is spelled correctly.
- Check your junk or spam folder
- Check your junk or spam folder. If you find our email there, please mark it as "not spam" and add Reservepay's email address to your contacts to prevent future issues.
- Review your email filters
- If you use email filters to manage your inbox, check if a filter has redirected the Reservepay email to a folder other than your primary inbox.
- Confirm your inbox has space
- A full email inbox can prevent new emails from being delivered. Ensure you have sufficient storage space to receive incoming emails.
- Corporate or business email address issues
- If you're using a company, corporate, or business email address, third-party services (like internal email security) might be blocking Reservepay emails.
- Please contact your company's IT department or email provider and ask them to allow emails specifically from
@reservepay.com.
